GENERAL TERMS
kidscase vof is registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce no. 341 303 51, VAT no. NL808919659-B01.

These general terms & conditions apply to all purchases through www.kidscase.com and all its subdomaines, and to all sales agreements between kidscase and its customers. No agreement between kidscase and its customer can be created without the customer's agreement of these terms and conditions. No products can be purchased without an account. The placing of an order at the kidscase webstore implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Kidcase can't warrant that the content of its site is at all time free of typographical errors or other inaccuracies, nor can we guarantee that all information given is updated at all times. Kidscase may at any time change the content of its website and webstore. The colors as projected on your screen can differ from that of the original product and is dependent on the settings of your computer. We'll try to project the colours of our products as accurately as possible.

PAYMENT
Prices are in EURO and include 21% Dutch VAT, shipping costs are excluded. Kidscase accepts payment through Ideal (Netherlands), MasterCard, Visa Card, Maestro and bank account. Shipping costs will be added to your order. After kidscase receives your order, you'll receive an automatically generated e-mail confirmation. Payments are settled by PaySquare.

DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered by DPD, www.dpd.com. Delivery lead time starts at the moment that kidscase has received the customer's payment. All orders are fulfilled within 1-4 working days after receiving your payment. We handle orders from Monday to Friday, not in the weekends and not on Dutch national holidays.

FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure kidscase has the right to cancel the contract between kidscase and the customer. A force majeure is a severe company impediment at kidscase or transport stagnation.
