RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
After kidscase receives your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Articles will be delivered by PostNL, see www.postnl.nl. Delivery lead time starts at the moment that kidscase has received your payment. All orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. We handle orders from Monday to Friday, not in the weekends and not on Dutch national holidays.
If an article, also if purchased on sale, does not meet your expectations you can return it. We’ll give a full refund if all items are returned. A return notification should be made within 14 days after you’ve received the article to: email@example.com. Your return shipment should be delivered to our return address no later than 14 business days within your e-mail return notification. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number. Please return the article, undamaged and not worn or washed, with all original labels attached and in its original package.
Articles cannot be exchanged, only refunded. Please place a new order for the wished article in our webstore. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same product, in the same color, in the same size, subject to availability. Articles cannot be returned to any other (web)shops that sell kidscase collections. Only kidscase articles purchased at the kidscase webstore can be returned to the kidscase webstore. Items cannot be exchanged or returned in person at our office address. Items can only be returned per shipment to our webstore address. Please follow the return procedure as stated beneath, otherwise we cannot accept your return. If return information is missing the handling of your return can be delayed.
After you have send your email return notification you can send your return to:

Clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, order number on the return shipment.
Please fill in your bank account number. From customers outside The Netherlands we also need the IBAN number, BIC/SWIFT code, and the name, post code and city of your bank. Please state the same bank account number through which your original payment was made.
Send your return shipment to us with a tracking number, to secure delivery. Kidscase can’t be held responsible for returned articles lost or damaged during transport.
When we’ve received and checked the returned articles you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a notice that we have refunded the money.
We will refund as soon as possible after receiving your return, with a maximum of 30 days.
